Disclosure Statement (Required for Contract)

Before you can sell your lot, you will need to provide a Section 206 Disclosure Statement. This statement, signed by the seller (or the seller’s agent), informs a potential buyer about essential information about the Body Corporate matters (eg: the amount of annual contributions currently set by the Body Corporate and the Body Corporate Insurance).
