Fees for a Body Corporate Record Search (Current from 01/07/18)
We are now paperless so you have 2 options:
In Office Search
(We provide a computer and allow the records to be searched)
Photocopying per page $0.70
Off Site Search
(we provide a Dropbox link with all body corporate records in electronic format – no printing charges apply as you retain all records)
Electronic Search $55.00
The prescribed fee to be paid for at the conclusion of the record search is currently including GST.
